IMPORTANT: Happy Munch is NOT a medical app and does not provide medical or nutritional advice. The App's recommendations are for informational purposes only. 5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate menu analysis and recommendations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Restaurant menus, ingredients, and nutritional information may change without notice. Users should verify important dietary information directly with restaurants.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of Happy Munch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of Happy Munch are owned by Cohabby and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

By uploading menu photos or other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this content for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPPY MUNCH AND ITS PARENT COMPANY COHABBY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cohabby and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
