Payment & Billing:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal charge will be the same as your original subscription price

Happy Munch offers a free tier with the following limitations:
- 3 free meal analyses per month - Perfect for occasional use
- Monthly limit resets on the same day each month you first signed up
- Access to basic features and recommendations
- Upgrade anytime to unlock unlimited analyses
Premium Features
With Happy Munch Premium, you get:
- Unlimited Meal Analyses: Scan as many menus as you want, whenever you want
- Complete Meal History: Access your full dining history and track patterns
- Advanced AI Recommendations: Get personalized suggestions based on your preferences and goals
- All Dietary Filters: Apply multiple dietary restrictions and preferences simultaneously
- Priority Support: Get help faster when you need it
- New Features First: Be the first to access new features as we release them
🔄 Easy Cancellation
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Happy Munch Premium"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
What happens when you cancel:
- You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription won't auto-renew
- You can resubscribe anytime to regain Premium features
- Your data and meal history are preserved
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID:
- View subscription status: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Change subscription tier: Select a different plan in your subscription settings
- Update payment method: Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping
- Turn off auto-renewal: Toggle off in your subscription settings
Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. For refund requests:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Happy Munch purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the prompts
Apple's refund policies apply to all subscription purchases.
Price Changes
If we change subscription prices:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- You'll have the option to accept the new price or cancel
- Price increases require your consent through the App Store
- Your current price is locked in until you accept any increase
Family Sharing
Happy Munch Premium subscriptions support Family Sharing when available:
- Share your subscription with up to 5 family members
- Each family member gets their own account and personalized experience
- Privacy is maintained - meal histories and preferences are not shared
- Set up through Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing
Free Trial Information
When we offer free trials:
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period
- Free trial length and availability varies by promotion
- You won't be charged during the free trial period
- Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
- If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged when the trial ends
