How to Delete Your Data

Happy Munch respects your privacy and provides you with full control over your data. Here's how you can delete your account and all associated data:

📱Method 1: Through the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Happy Munch app on your device
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab (user icon at bottom right)
  3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted
  6. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

✉️Method 2: Contact Support

If you're unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@happy-munch.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. We'll process your request within 48 hours
⚠️ Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This will delete:
  • Your account and profile information
  • All meal history and analysis results
  • Your dietary preferences and fitness goals
  • Any other data associated with your account

What Happens After Deletion?

Data Retention

Once you request deletion, we permanently remove all your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for improving our service, but this cannot be linked back to you.
